Manchester Marathon - 3:59:26 PB🥳
A 4 minute PB on last year and a sub 4:00 achieved. Those last 5kms were the toughest kms I’ve ever experienced.
The Marathon isn’t just a race, it tests you in ways nothing else can. It throws challenges at you when you least expect it, both physically and mentally.
The crowd at Manchester were unreal. People that don’t know you cheering your name and carrying you through when you need it the most.
An experience I won’t be forgetting anytime soon.
Huge congratulations to my clients who also took part in the Marathon yesterday. Each of them faced their own battles along the way, but they showed up, put in everything they had, and walked away as first time finishers, or with new PBs.
No matter the outcome, completing 26.2 miles is something to be proud of.
Manchester… will I be seeing you again next year 🤔

Manchester Marathon 26’
The only thing I’m sure of is that I’m going to give it everything tomorrow.
All my training sessions are now finished, and my remaining tasks are simply to rest and carb up.
I’m ready. Let’s go 🚀
LFG 🚀

Manchester Marathon🥇
That’s it, the time has come!! One week to go, the final running plans have gone out to my clients and it doesn’t feel real yet.
The preparation and work that goes into training for a Marathon, and any other event, looks different for everyone. Those raising children, training most days, juggling work, life, and everything in between. It just hits differently.
A reminder to everyone that has an event coming up… Stay in your lane. Don’t compare. Be comfortable in your own skin. Love what your body can do. Respect your own journey. And most importantly, enjoy it 😉
