Team Spotlight: Alexandra 🌟
Meet Alexandra, our Business Development Manager for the West Midlands.

With almost 9 years of hands-on experience working within primary education and nearly 4 years in education recruitment, Alexandra brings a unique understanding of both the classroom and the recruitment process.

Her background includes supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs, implementing EHCPs and IEPs, delivering interventions, teaching across EYFS, KS1 and Lower KS2, and supporting children in alternative education settings.

Today, Alexandra works closely with schools across Coventry, Solihull, Birmingham and Dudley, helping them find the right staff for long-term, temporary and permanent roles. Her experience within education allows her to truly understand the needs of schools, pupils and candidates, ensuring every placement is the right fit.

Last Friday, Jemma and Wendy had the pleasure of attending Edge Hill University to celebrate the final day for the Undergraduate Primary QTS cohort !

The Education faculty was full of excitement as students finished their final lectures ahead of their Leavers Ball later that evening. With teaching careers beginning in September 2026, it was such a special moment to see so many future educators ready to take their next steps into the classroom.
