Love what you do β€οΈ
24th-25th October 2025 - I attended the 1st workshop of the Biomechanics Coaching Diploma in North London where I learnt from and collaborated with great Coaches, Manual Therapists and Pilates & Yoga teachers.
This isn't just a 'course' or 'Diploma' with a certificate at the end, but a completely innovative system and a way of approaching how to treat, build and maintain the human body.
I have huge gratitude to Biomechanics Education who not only expanded and stretched my critical thinking and coaching skills, but also shared her wisdom and life experience within the world of Intrinsic Biomechanics and Coaching.
I may have dropped back from Stage 5 to Stage 4 of the Kubler-Ross Change Curveπ
, but I literally can't wait for what is coming up and further collaborations I am going to have.
See you all back at the end of the monthπ.

Such a fantastic & exciting day yesterday with 6 very forward thinking podiatrists who want to use intrinsic biomechanics to AVOID prescribing orthotics.
I thoroughly enjoyed teaching about the integrated system and how everything relates to whatβs happening at the foot, right up to the shoulder & vice versa!!
Theyβre knowledge is phenomenal but itβs the fact they want to do the right thing for their patients and clients by NOT doing what they were trained to do and simply giving an orthotic on day 1, but by putting the patients long term full body health first.
This day is a game changer & if there are any other forward thinking foot practitioners or clinic owners out there who are interested please get in touch!!

The new year brings new practitioners into the health, exercise, therapy and wellness world.
So you're new to the industry, or maybe certain memes posted by βconfident influencersβ make you feel nervous that you're maybe doing something wrong, never assume you are. Look into what they're saying and understand exactly the context.
Why?β¦because more often than not, it's never as simple as do or don't do this thing. Everything will work for someone, but nothing works for everyone.
Social media should be a place for education. Education that includes everyone, even those that are new to the industry and being able to learn from those that may have more experience.
However nobody is better at serving your client than you. And I feel that sometimes these confident individuals who use controversial statements (me included sometimes), really need to always back up what theyβre are saying with an explanation and some context.
Hopefully I do that, but I see others that donβt, and they're sometimes simply putting other therapists and exercise professionals down. (which is a whole other topic for another day.)
So to those of you who may feel anxious, nervous, maybe intimidated, or that you're doing something wrong based on a social media meme, please don't assume that you are. Simply allow it to be a learning curve, an experience for you to dive deeper into the true meaning of what they're saying and the true meaning behind those memes!
