It was great to welcome Doughnotts founder Wade Smith to our City Hub campus to judge a doughnut-making competition by our catering students! 🍩

Students spent weeks perfecting their creations before presenting them to Wade, who shared tips from his own journey and was impressed by the standard on show.

We recently welcomed learners, alumni, colleagues and industry partners to the Heritage Site in Ruddington to recognise the success of our Level 2 Rail Engineering programme! 🙌

Delivered in partnership with The Rail Futures Network and supported by Infrastructure Labour Limited, the event showcased inspiring learner success stories and highlighted the exciting career opportunities available within the rail sector.

They also had the opportunity to view the iconic Royal Scotsman train, providing a memorable backdrop to the celebrations. 🚂

Over the past few months our Hair and Beauty students have been making a real impact in the local community, visiting care homes, hospices and hospital wards to offer treatments and brighten people’s day.💇‍♀️

Our students have enjoyed their time so much that they have planned to return over the summer.👏

Nottingham College recently brought together a wide range of industry partners at its Basford Campus for a dynamic Meet the Employer event, giving construction students valuable first-hand insight into the career opportunities available to them.
