π All Stars Coventry β Competition Results π
This Sunday we had a fantastic group of juniors and juveniles representing the team, and they did us proud!
π₯ Molly β Double Gold (Gi, 2 categories) & Gold (NoGi)
π₯ Ryan β Gold (Gi) & Gold (NoGi)
π₯ Lavell β Gold (Gi) & Gold (NoGi)
π₯ Lillie β Silver (Gi)
π₯π₯ Theo β Silver (Gi) & Bronze (NoGi)
π₯ Ivy β Bronze (Gi)
π₯ Tai β Silver (NoGi)
Some were competing for the very first time, while others continue to build valuable competition experience. Every athlete stepped onto the mats, showed courage, resilience, and worked hard to make good decisions under pressure.
The medals are great, but what makes us most proud is the effort they put into training, their attitude, and their willingness to challenge themselves. There is still plenty to improve, which is exciting because it means there is so much more growth to come.
We are incredibly proud of every student who competed. Keep learning, keep improving, and keep showing up. The future is bright for this team.
A huge thank you to all the coaches and parents who continue to support the students and the club. Your time, encouragement, and commitment make a massive difference.
On to the next one!

π₯π₯ Ben β Double Gold in Gi and No-Gi

The medals are well deserved, but what makes these achievements even more impressive is the dedication behind them. Early morning training sessions, balancing work, family, and life commitments, and showing up day after day with the right attitude. No excuses, just hard work and consistency.
We are incredibly proud of both of you. Your performances were a true reflection of the effort you put in every week.
A massive shout-out to Uncle Russ. Rain, snow, cold, or heat, youβre there every morning helping push the lads forward. Your commitment and support play a huge part in these successes, and it certainly doesnβt go unnoticed.
Big respect as well to Coach Hifen and Taj for the coaching, guidance, and support throughout the competition. The work put in behind the scenes continues to make a difference on the mats.
Proud of you all. On to the next one!

Congratulations to Lillie on a fantastic performance at Mat Masters this past weekend!
Despite a last-minute opponent change, the mindset stayed exactly the same: step up, perform, and showcase the skills sheβs been working so hard on.
Lillie has been putting in the work week after week with a specific goal in mind, and itβs great to see that dedication paying off on the competition mats.
Proud of the performance, proud of the attitude, and excited for whatβs next. On to the next competition!

This week we spoke about visualisation.
Learning to see the movement before it happens, exploring different paths and being creative with our jiujitsu. Growth comes from trying, adapting and believing in your ideas on the mats.

Congratulations to the team for all the hard work this weekend at UMAC Nottingham and All Stars BJJ Brighton
Amazing performances across the whole team, with great displays of skill, determination, and team spirit throughout the competitions. Everyone has worked incredibly hard over the past few weeks. For some, this was their first competition experience, while others continued building valuable mat time and confidence under pressure.
Competition is about creating realistic scenarios, testing ourselves, and understanding where we can continue improving our skills.
A special mention for achieving 3rd place π₯ in the Adult No-Gi Academy division at UMAC with only 3 adults competing. After 2 years of Fortress, itβs great to see the team moving in the right direction through consistency, commitment, and hard work. The results are coming, but more importantly, the progress and development are clear to see.
