Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday for our kickboxing programs.

Kids/youth age 7-15 5-6pm
Adults age 16+ 6-8pm

Adults 7-9pm

Kickboxing classes all week every week!

We teach Japanese freestyle kickboxing meaning we have more techniques than popular styles such as k1 or American rules kickboxing.

We study the following techniques:

✔️ Strikes such as punches, kicks and knees.
✔️ Catches and sweeping techniques.
✔️ Clinch fighting and sweeping techniques.

Our training focuses on the following methods:

✔️ Bagwork
✔️ Pad work
✔️ Sparring/technical drills
✔️ Sparring

We are a Japanese Freestyle Kickboxing club.

We offer classes to both adults and children.

As a Freestyle system we train and teach more techniques than are to be found in both Full contact/light continuous kickboxing and K1.

✔️ Our striking techniques come from Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Kyokushin karate.
✔️ Our clinching and catching techniques come from Shootboxing and Muay Thai.
✔️ Our sweeping techniques come from Shootboxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Kyokushin karate.
