🛞Victoria Embankment🛞

This morning we took the scuttlebugs down to the embankment. They have a fantastic little road set up with working traffic lights which the children always enjoy 💕

💕Celebrating 15 Years💕

Today marks 15 years since I became a childminder 💕 I’ve proudly welcomed some wonderful families into my home and into my family and I’ll be forever grateful parents choose me to care for their precious little ones 💕

This summer I have some exciting plans including a playroom overhaul and training to keep growing my little business 💕

🐷Feeding the animals🐮

A very simple set up using the farm mix from Sensory Play Shop - Sensory Bases & Accessories and animal faces from The Childcare Fairy - Resources for Early Years Professionals that has kept the little ones busy for most of the afternoon 💕

🐮 Stonebridge City Farm 🐷

We have spent a lovely morning down at . The little ones enjoyed feeding some of the animals, including some very noisy cows 🐄 cheeky goats 🐐 who tried to steal the food! Some grumpy pigs 🐖 and funny sheep 🐑 We also saw some geese 🪿 chickens 🐓 and a couple of giant rabbits 🐇 The beehives 🐝 were very impressive and so was all the veggies that they have grown. Finished off by a play on the park 💕

🐮 Handprint Cows 🐮

So I know handprint pictures aren’t everyone’s cup of tea but my little ones love doing them 🥰 Giving them the paint brush and letting them paint their own hands, glueing and sticking down their cow face and colouring the black spots 🩷 This little craft opens up so many different conversations too as they are making them, how the paint feels cold, how sticking their fingers are from the glue and how they love their “silly cow” pictures (the children’s words not mine 😂)
