These Jellycat marshmallows were 2x 5" buttercream cakes. The pink had layers of lemon sponge and white chocolate buttercream. The ivory one had layers of vanilla sponge and raspberry buttercream.

I'm so glad the birthday girl was over the moon with her cakes. It really does make my day hearing how well my cakes are received, for all your special occasions 🥰.

As must of you know, I'm a little obsessed with Highland Cows, so I couldn't wait to play with my new moulds!

Therefore, I have this box of 6 cupcakes available for collection tomorrow.

The cupcakes are vanilla chocolate chip, topped with vanilla buttercream, and a mix of Callebaut milk chocolate, Callebaut white chocolate Highland cow toppers.

4"x4" slabs of my signature gooey double chocolate brownie, cut into 16 mini bite-sized pieces. They're topped with a generous drizzle of Callebaut milk chocolate, Callebaut milk chocolate curls & a gold acrylic Happy Fathers Day topper.

A classic with a hidden interior!

A classic Victoria sponge with layers of vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream & strawberry jam. Finished with vanilla buttercream rosettes & fresh strawberries 🍓 🍓. But the layers inside were purple, yellow & pink!

I think you guys love these as much as I do 😍😍

One set had all chocolate cupcakes, and the other had a mix of vanilla and chocolate made with gluten-free ingredients.

A super tall 6" went out last week to celebrate Malcolms 80th birthday.

The cake had 6 layers of vanilla sponge filled with white chocolate buttercream. It was finished with his main interests over the years, including wind surfing, scuba diving, and archery.
