Follow the summer survival checklist and note that the fans will also be on full blast. π©·π©΅π€
We'll also be taking extra breaks, adjusting the intensity where needed, and making sure everyone stays comfortable and hydrated.
With heatwaves becoming more common, we can't keep putting exercise on hold every time the temperature rises. Let's adapt, keep moving, and look after ourselves together! πͺ

Tomorrow is going to be a hot one! π₯΅
Don't worry β I'll make sure we stay as cool as possible with extra breaks, plenty of water opportunities, and a slightly gentler pace where needed. π¦
But I'd also like to offer you an alternative... BALANCE π©·
β¨ 45 minutes of movement inspired by yoga and Pilates
β¨ Added resistance bands for strength and toning
β¨ Lower impact and slower paced, but still a really effective workout
β¨ Perfect if you'd prefer something a little gentler in the heat
So, what would you like to do tomorrow?

With heat waves becoming more frequent, we canβt stop exercising every time the temperature rises. Staying active is important, and weβll make sure our classes are adjusted so you can move safely and comfortably.
We'll have:
β
Less cardio tracks and lower intensity (no sprints!)
β
More breaks to cool down
β
Fans with frozen water bottles for cooler air
Make sure you bring the following:

Bring plenty of ice-cold water. Freeze it for a bit before coming to class.
β
A chilled towel is always a good idea! Wet the towel and pop it in the freezer. If you then put it in a bag with an ice pack, it will stay nice and cool throughout class!
The goal isnβt to push through the heat β itβs to stay consistent, listen to our bodies, and keep moving together. ππ©΅
