The children have loved exploring water play activities, splashing, pouring, and having fun while developing their coordination, confidence, and social skills☀️

With the warm weather, we’ve also been learning all about staying safe in the sun. The children have been wearing sun hats, applying sun cream, drinking plenty of water and enjoying regular shady breaks to keep cool and comfortable throughout the day🙌🏼

Water play is a wonderful way to stay active and refreshed while making the most of the sunshine. We are so proud of how well the children have embraced our hot weather safety routines while having lots of fun with their friends🐳

We enjoyed practicing the egg and spoon race for sports day last week, we had lots of fun 🥚🥄

💙 CHILDCARE PLACES 💙

After an overwhelming week of enquiries and nursery tours, we now have just two places remaining at our Irlam setting for September 2027- THANK YOU I am very humbled and feel privileged.

A huge thank you to every parent and family who has walked through our doors this week. We have loved meeting you all and sharing what makes Mojo so special.

Just a reminder, we are open all year round from 7:30am until 6:00pm. We charge no consumable fees, no top-up fees and no registration fee and we allow families to use their Funding in flexible way giving them more for there funding with the additional advantage of our Holiday club that allows parents to book adhoc days rather than tying themselves into big childcare cost.

Instead of big fees every child joining Mojo receives a beautiful welcome pack, including a personalised bag, personalised water bottle, free polo shirt and a few extra goodies too.

Most importantly, we provide a nurturing environment with staff who genuinely adore the children in their care. We pride ourselves on our high staff ratios, strong relationships with families and our love of outdoor learning, where children can learn, explore and thrive.

We also still have places available at our Cadishead setting due to some very exciting news that we hope to announce this week. However, once this news is announced, we anticipate these spaces being snapped up very quickly. Thankfully we are in a position to expand our places at this setting.

If you think you may require a childcare place for 2027 or even 2028 get in touch sooner rather than later.

HOT WEATHER REMINDER

With the warm weather hopefully staying, please ensure your child comes to nursery with:

* A sun hat
* Sun cream applied before arriving at nursery, covering your child from top to toe
* Sunglasses
* A named water bottle containing water only
* A spare change of clothes, as we will be enjoying lots of water play to help keep cool
* Closed-toe footwear only – no open-toe shoes or sandals please - crocs with a back strap are fine
* Short-sleeved T-shirts are preferred rather than strappy tops, as they help protect more of your child’s skin from the sun

Thank you for your support in helping us keep everyone safe, comfortable and enjoying the sunshine.

Just as a little reminder, this isn’t a sales pitch, but if your child would prefer not to wear their polo shirt in the warmer weather, we do have our round-neck Mojo T-shirts available. They provide a little extra coverage from the sun whilst helping children stay cool and comfortable.
