Year 4 enjoyed a visit to Leeds Castle that supported and enriched their learning in both History and Science. A workshop and a tour of the castle helped them to further develop their knowledge about the Tudor period and as part of their study of animals and their habitats, they enjoyed a woodland walk in the grounds of the castle.

Year 1 and 2 worked collaboratively to create a piece of art inspired by Monet’s work ‘Bouquet of Sunflowers’. They used pastels to create a muted background, made a 3D paper vase and used crepe and tissue paper to make the sunflowers and stems.
