The art of a flat but projected bottom lip đź‘„
A flat lip profile doesn’t mean a flat result.
One of the most attractive lip characteristics is a bottom lip that maintains projection while staying smooth and elegant from the side.
The challenge is creating:
• support without bulk
• projection without heaviness
• and shape without excessive forward movement
Because a beautifully shaped bottom lip should gently lead the profile while still looking soft and natural.
Anyone can add volume.
The real skill is controlling where that volume goes.

Full face restoration with profiling ✨
The best anti-ageing results don’t come from treating individual areas.
They come from restoring the face as a whole.
With profiling, we assess:
• facial ratios
• projection points
• volume loss
• support structures
• and ageing patterns
Then rebuild strategically.
Instead of chasing lines and folds, we restore the framework that once supported the face.
The result?
A face that looks lifted, refreshed, and harmonious—without looking overfilled.
Because full-face restoration isn’t about adding volume.
It’s about restoring structure.

One of the most requested lip styles in the UK? Flat lips đź‘„
For years, everyone chased projection.
Now, more and more clients are asking for lips that look:
• elegant
• refined
• naturally shaped
• and flatter from the side profile
The challenge is that flat lips aren’t created by using less filler.
They’re created by controlling projection while building shape, height, and support.
Anyone can make lips bigger.
Creating a beautiful flat lip profile takes precision.
Because luxury lips aren’t about volume.
They’re about balance.

Not all lip asymmetry is a volume problem đź‘„
Sometimes the asymmetry comes from the muscles.
One side may be stronger, pull differently, or move more actively than the other, creating an imbalance in shape both at rest and during movement.
In this case, we didn’t just add volume.
We used filler strategically to create support and influence the way the lips were balanced, helping to compensate for the underlying muscular asymmetry.
This is where lip shaping becomes more than filling.
It’s understanding anatomy, movement, and how structure can affect function.
Because sometimes the problem isn’t the lip itself.
It’s the muscle underneath it.

What happens when you aspirate and see blood in the syringe? 🩸
One of the most misunderstood moments in aesthetics is seeing blood or bodily fluid enter the syringe during aspiration.
It doesn’t automatically mean a vascular complication.
It means you’ve encountered a vessel or entered a space containing fluid, and it’s information you need to respect.
The important part isn’t panicking.
It’s understanding what the syringe is telling you.
Advanced injectors constantly read feedback from:
• tissue resistance
• patient response
• product flow
• aspiration findings
• and anatomical location
Every piece of feedback helps build a safer treatment plan.
The syringe is talking.
The question is whether you’re listening.

The most requested lip shape? Luxury sweetheart lips 👄✨
Most clients don’t want lips that look obviously filled.
They want:
• a crisp sweetheart shape
• soft femininity
• natural elegance
• and the appearance of a shorter philtrum
The secret isn’t adding lots of volume.
It’s creating:
• medial height
• upper lip support
• beautiful Cupid’s peaks
• and balanced proportions
When done correctly, the lips look naturally attractive rather than obviously treated.
That’s what luxury lips are.
Not bigger.
Just beautifully shaped.

The smoothing technique for under-eye hollowness
When treating under-eye hollowness, the goal isn’t always to fill the hollow.
The goal is to smooth the transition.
A harsh shadow often forms because of abrupt changes between facial structures, creating a visible groove and tired appearance.
By focusing on creating a smoother transition between anatomical units, you can:
• soften shadows
• reduce the appearance of hollowness
• improve facial harmony
• and create a more refreshed look
The best under-eye treatments don’t erase anatomy.
They blend it.
Because under-eye correction is often about smoothing, not filling.

2ml lips đź‘„
Once you reach 2ml, lip treatments become less about volume and more about structure.
At this stage, the focus shifts to:
• refining shape
• maintaining internal support
• sharpening contours
• improving proportions
• and holding the architecture in place
Because without a strong internal scaffold, volume alone won’t create beautiful lips.
The best 2ml results don’t necessarily look bigger.
They look more defined, balanced, and intentional.
Volume gets attention.
Shape creates the result.
