Frankie joined us after completing a Yuzu Training Hospitality Skills Bootcamp - and has just completed her Southampton City Ambassador Apprenticeship with Kiwi Education with a distinction.

From a fully funded Skills Bootcamp to a distinction-level apprenticeship - Frankie, you have absolutely smashed it.

She is the friendly face that welcomes everyone through the doors at Burlington House, and we could not be prouder.

We love seeing learners continue their development long after they've completed their apprenticeship.

At Kiwi Education, our dedicated 1-to-1 support helps learners build confidence, overcome challenges and achieve their goals. For many, that personalised approach inspires them to keep progressing and take the next step in their career.

We're delighted to celebrate this learner's successful completion of their Level 3 HR apprenticeship and their decision to progress onto a Level 5 qualification.

A big well done to the learner and a huge thank you to Andy for the incredible support he provides throughout every learner's journey. 👏

Almost all of our apprentices stay with the same employer when they complete their programme.

Happy Pride Month from all of us at Kiwi Education! 🌈

This month one of our apprentices at Fuller's Brewery said something that really moved us -

"It was really great to see that my trainer was supporting Pride this month and we discussed the topic in the session. For me love is love. I give respect to everyone and treat them equally and I think Pride is an important time to reflect this. I loved the sunglasses and they brought a smile to my face."

Our trainer Charlotte wore a rainbow top to his session and it sparked a conversation that genuinely matters.

In our training rooms, in our workplaces and in our communities - everyone deserves to feel valued, respected and seen for exactly who they are.

This month and every month - love is love. 💚🌈

Not just passing. Excelling. 🎉

Ofsted has confirmed that an increasing proportion of our apprentices are achieving merits and distinctions in their final assessments - and we could not be more proud.

This is what happens when training is genuinely tailored, genuinely supported and genuinely invested in the person doing it.

We have some exciting news to share with you all 🎉

Our Ofsted inspection report has just been published — and we are so proud of what it found.

76.3% apprenticeship achievement rate -above the national average of 65%.

Our employer relationships are described as well-established and impactful.

Almost all of our apprentices stay with the same employer when they finish, many getting promoted before they even complete.

But the line that means the most to us?

'Staff genuinely care about them.'

That is not something you can fake for an inspection. That is just who we are — and we are incredibly proud of every single learner, employer and team member who is part of this.
