The Phoenix HEART Awards are nearly here.
We can already feel the excitement building in our community as we prepare to honour outstanding dedication and success. This is where we celebrate Team Members who bring our values to life and make a positive difference every day.

We’re so proud of the creativity and care shown by one of our Pupils at The Grange School, while completing their ASDAN Animal Care course 🐹💚

As part of their learning, they designed and built this fantastic enrichment toy for our guinea pigs, complete with feeding areas, a water bottle, and interactive elements to keep them engaged and happy.

It’s been wonderful to see the guinea pigs exploring their new setup, and even more rewarding to see practical skills, problem-solving, and compassion come together in such a meaningful way.

Well done, what a brilliant achievement! 👏✨

We’re so proud to share how one of our homes has been celebrating Pride Month 🌈

The Team has transformed their space with colourful decorations, rainbow bunting and bright, welcoming touches throughout the home.

It’s a lovely way to show support, celebrate individuality, and create an environment where everyone feels safe, valued and respected.

Pride is all about being yourself and embracing diversity, and it’s fantastic to see this spirit reflected so beautifully in the home 💚

At Oakwood Specialist College, Dawlish Campus, Team Members have created this vibrant and engaging display to celebrate Pride Month 🌈

The colourful board explores “eating the rainbow” with a variety of fruits and vegetables, encouraging sensory exploration while celebrating diversity, inclusion and individuality.

From soft strawberries to crunchy purple cabbage, every element reflects the beauty of difference and the importance of acceptance 💛

A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing this creative and meaningful display to life!

Whether it’s listening, learning, respecting pronouns, challenging stereotypes, or simply showing kindness, we all play a part in creating inclusive environments where people feel seen and supported.

This PRIDE month, we’re proud to stand with the LGBTQIA+ community and continue building a culture of respect and belonging across Phoenix. 💜

Two of our Team Members spent two days at the CIPD Festival of Work, exploring new ideas to enhance the Team Member journey.

They focused on how we can use the latest learning and development approaches to make sure our training creates real, positive outcomes, for both our Team Members and the people we support.

We’re always learning, evolving and looking for ways to do things better ✨
Because great support starts with confident, well-supported Teams.

This month, Ysgol Tŷ Monmouth proudly celebrated Pride Month during their Breakfast Club! 🌈

Our Team added a colourful touch to the morning routine by branding food containers with Pride stickers, spreading messages of inclusion, acceptance, and kindness with every breakfast served.

From croissants to smiles, it was a lovely way to start the day while celebrating diversity and fostering a welcoming environment for everyone.

A fantastic learning experience today at Ysgol Tŷ Monmouth! 🐛🍎

One of our Pupils took part in a fun and engaging lesson based on The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

They explored the story and then applied their knowledge by matching the correct number of fruits eaten by the caterpillar to the corresponding days of the week.

This hands-on activity supported numeracy, sequencing, and communication skills, while bringing a much-loved story to life! 📚✨

Well done for such brilliant engagement and focus! 👏
