Today we're thinking about International Father's Mental Health Day, and this year we're asking, 'How are you actually doing, Dad?'. Dad's can be impacted by poor mental health, and it's important to be able to talk to the men in our lives about how they are feeling.

If you or anyone you know is struggling with their mental health and need urgent help, contact 999 in an emergency, or the Samaritans on 116 123. If it's not urgent, contact your GP, health visitor, or the Torbay Family Hubs. We can be reached online at torbayfamilyhub.org.uk or by phone on 01803 210200.
