A tutor is there precisely to avoid giving ready-made answers, but rather to ask questions until the child is guided towards discovering the answer for themselves. And that is why the approach should be personalised, because every person—whether young or adult—has different ways of thinking, different experiences and, ultimately, a different path to solving a problem or finding an answer. = Tutor jest by właśnie po to by nie dawać gotowej odpowiedzi tylko tak długo zadawać pytania by nakierować dziecko na samodzielne odkrycie odpowiedzi. I dlatego powinno być to zindywidualizowane, ponieważ każdy człowiek (młody czy dorosły) ma inne sposoby myślenia, inne doświadczenia i finalnie inny tor jakim dochodzi do rozwikłania zagadki, znalezienia odpowiedzi.

If we have one teacher for every 30 students, then they have to provide a ready-made answer (tailored to what will be on the exam), because otherwise most of them might not arrive at that one and only correct answer (which will be on the test). The problem is that we are taught from childhood the false notion that there is only one correct answer. We are not taught that, depending on the context, the answer may vary. We then enter adult life and it turns out that what has been drummed into our heads over a dozen years of education has nothing to do with reality. = Jak mamy jednego nauczyciela na 30 osób no to musi podać gotową odpowiedź (jeszcze dopasowaną do tego co będzie na egzaminie), bo inaczej większość może nie dojść do tej jednej jedynej prawidłowej informacji (która będzie na teście). To jest problem, że uczeni jesteśmy od dziecka fałszywej tezy, że odpowiedź prawidłową jest tylko jedna. Nie uczy się, że zależnie od kontekstu odpowiedź może być różna. Potem idziemy w dorosłe życie i okazuje się, że to co wpajano nam do głowy przez naście lat edukacji nie ma nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością.
