Tuesday 7th July
9:30am – 11:00am: Year 3 and Year 5
1:30pm – 3:00pm: Year 4 and Year 6

Thursday 9th July
9:30am - 11:00am: Year 1 and Year 2

Friday 10th July
9:30am - 11:00am: Nursery and Reception

🌞 Summer Holiday Booking Notice - The Hub🌞

As we approach the summer holidays, we would like to inform parents that bookings are now beginning to close.

📅 Important Information
The first week of the summer holidays will begin closing this week.
All bookings will close completely on 10th July.
⚠️ We strongly encourage parents to make their bookings as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Following on from my previous message, regarding the high temperatures this week, certain after school sports clubs will also be cancelled. These are cross country, cricket and rounders, athletics, and football.

Some clubs will continue as normal as they are indoors. These are recorder club, Hama bead club and Gymnastics.

With the forecast predicting temperatures of up to 32°C this week, children are welcome to wear their PE kits to school to help keep cool.

Can I remind parents that the uniform policy states the following for PE kits:
• PE shorts – royal blue
• PE T-shirts – house colour (yellow, red, blue or green)

Please make sure that sun cream is applied, children have labelled hats and water bottles are in school.

With Father’s Day fast approaching, we will be holding a Superhero Gift Sale on Thursday 18th June during break time.

Children can purchase a special gift for just £2.50. Please send the money in a named envelope and hand it to your child’s teacher by Thursday morning.

We understand that every family is unique. While the majority of our gifts are suitable for males, we do have a small number of gifts available for ladies. If your child requires one of these gifts, please clearly state this on the outside of their envelope.

A huge thank you to all our families for supporting this year’s Summer Fair. Whether you donated items for our fantastic Break the Rules Day, volunteered your time, helped behind the scenes, or came along to enjoy the fair with your family. We are incredibly grateful for your support. A special thank you to H20 Hygiene for supporting our bouncy castles again this year , unfortunately due to the wind speeds they were out of action for the summer fair but luckily must children got to bounce at break times 😊

A special well done to our amazing Year 6 Enterprise team, who did a fantastic job as always. We are so proud of their enthusiasm, hard work, and entrepreneurial spirit!

We can’t wait to share with you how much money was raised, and we’ll update you as soon as the final total has been counted.

Thank you once again for supporting our school community. Every penny raised by the PTFA goes directly back into the school to enhance your children’s experiences, opportunities, and learning.

📢 Important Notice – Summer Fayre Access

Dear Parents/Carers,
Due to our Summer Fayre taking place, only the KS2 gate will be open for collection at the end of the day ,entry and exit. This measure is in place to help ensure the safety and smooth running of the event.
We kindly ask all families to use the KS2 gate and allow a little extra time when arriving or leaving.
Thank you for your cooperation and support—we look forward to seeing you at the fayre! 🎉

🎉☀️ SUMMER FAIR DAY IS HERE! ☀️🎉

We are so excited to welcome you all to our Summer Fair this afternoon! 🥳

Before the fun begins, here are a few important reminders:

🕒 Collection Times
Children will be released at their usual time from their normal playground.

🎪 Fair Opening Time
The Summer Fair officially opens at 3:30pm. Many of our wonderful stall holders are your children’s teachers, who will be busy with collection duties beforehand, so please could we ask that games and stalls are not used until they are fully manned.

🏰 Bouncy Castle
The bouncy castle will be open from 3:15pm! There is still time to send in £1.50 if you would like your child to enjoy a bounce with their friends during break time today.

🚗 Parking
The coach park will remain open for the duration of the fair to help with parking.

🎈 Most importantly… come along, have fun, make some memories, and enjoy a fantastic afternoon with your family and friends!
