This time on our PTP paddle travels, our CEO Rob Colbourne OBE has taken them to the stunning city of Seville, Spain - stopping by the iconic Seville Cathedral & La Giralda, and the breathtaking Royal Alcázar of Seville.
From historic cathedral doors, grand courtyards, and the paddles are soaking up every moment... and the sun!
We are loving the momentum is picking up on their travels around the world.
Where to next, we wonder?

When tutor Sarah Motion was asked to recognised an outstanding learner, one name immediately came to mind - Kacey.
Since starting her Early Years Level 3 qualification in October, Kacey has balanced full-time work, studying, and supporting a cheerleading group, all while producing fantastic work and building strong relationships with the children in her setting.
Kacey has also shown that dyslexia doesn't have to hold you back. Through hard work, determination and the right support, she has grown in confidence and developed a real belief in her abilities.
We're incredibly proud of everything Kacey has achieved so far, and are delighted to share her story!

At Performance Through People, we love seeing the impact our tutors have on learners - and this gesture truly says it all.
One of our HR Support Apprentices, Kathryn, at Mid-View Healthcare, recently sent a thoughtful thank-you gift to her tutor, Sharon Williams, along with these heartfelt words:
"You've honestly made this whole experience so easy for me, and I really don't think I would have enjoyed it as much as I have if I didn't have you as my tutor.
You've been so supportive and I just want to say a massive thank you. I've sent you a digital gift card to say thank you, I thought you deserved a little treat!"
What a wonderful example of the strong relationships built through the apprenticeship journey.
A huge well done to Sharon for providing such fantastic support, and thank you to Kathryn for sharing such kind feedback - moments like this are what it's all about!

Celebrating Success!
Huge congratulations to Steve from Cynhenid Care in Shropshire on achieving a Distinction in his Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner qualification! 🎉
Steve’s tutor, Karl Jones, shared:
"While he did not initially see himself as naturally academic and felt anxious about undertaking the Level 4 qualification, he demonstrated exceptional commitment throughout. He attended every session, engaged fully with the programme, and consistently applied what he learned. Although he was particularly nervous ahead of his End-Point Assessment (EPA), he took on board all guidance and support offered. His dedication and progress have been recognised with the achievement of a distinction."
To Karl, Steve said:
"You helped me achieve the result and that I wouldn't have got it if you hadn't have adapted your teaching method. Thanks again."
An incredible achievement and a brilliant example of dedication paying off – well done, Steve! 👏

A fantastic effort from the team at PSI Pressure Systems, who recently took on Snowdon to raise funds for a life-saving defibrillator.
Thanks to everyone who has supported so far, they’ve raised an amazing £700 👏
There’s still a way to go to reach their target, so watch this space… another mountain challenge could be on the cards!
And of course, a special mention to George the dog, who made it all the way to the top.

Huge congratulations to Chris Caddick, who received his certificates on Friday after achieving a Distinction in his Level 3 Team Leading Apprenticeship 👏
Chris’s achievement is a real testament to his hard work, resilience, and commitment to growth - overcoming challenges and continuing to push forward every step of the way.
Chris shared:
"A massive thank you to Harjit Sidhu from Performance Through People for his constant guidance, his belief in me following a break in learning from the shambolic end to 2024, and his friendship!"
His tutor, Harjit Sidhu, added:
"Chris demonstrated his ability to overcome great adversity and keep pushing forward with me cheering from the sidelines. This is exactly what sets great leaders apart. This distinction is a testament to his hard work, mindset, and commitment to developing his skills."
Well done, Chris - we’re incredibly proud of you!

GCSE Exams = a lot of pressure!
Right now, young people across the UK are sitting multiple GCSE exams in a very short space of time - long days, high pressure, and a lot resting on a few weeks.
But what if that environment isn't where you thrive?
If traditional exams and classroom pressure aren't your strength, there are other routes to success - not just college and sixth form!
An apprenticeship could be the right next step.
✅ Hands-on, practical learning
✅ Real workplace experience
✅ Earn while you learn
✅ Build skills that employers actually value
At Performance Through People, we work with apprentices everyday who are growing in confidence, building real world skills, and building successful careers beyond the exam hall.
Exams aren't the only path. Your future can look different - and just as successful.
