Start your Friday with an hour just for you.
This friendly, welcoming class is designed to help you stretch, strengthen, breathe and reconnect with yourself before heading into the weekend. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have practised before, you'll be encouraged to move at your own pace in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Expect gentle movement, mindful breathing and plenty of options to suit your body.
