I genuinely am gobsmacked that this is all my space and stuff. π

I am incredibly grateful to every single client/friend that has moved with me throughout the 4 years Iβve been teachingβ¦ starting in my living room with some crappy camping mats ππΌββοΈ and now look what we have! π
It really is amazing what some support, encouragement, passion and self belief can do!
But I have to thank my Glen first, always. β€οΈ
For completely believing in me, first before anyone else, even me! For pushing me to βdo the thingβ (im doing it!) for being my person in all my assessments, for absolutely supporting my little/big dream π for working double hard while I was training, getting in my practice hours & looking after the kids, and for allowing me to take over the living room with all the pilates stuff! π
None of this would be possible without him, but also my kids Bambi & Buster, for making me want more for us, for wanting to show them exercise is fun and about feeling strong πͺπΌ π§ and that being a mummy doesnβt need to stop you from doing your thing in life β€οΈ

I bloody did it guys!! ππΌππ
I got my first ever teaser on the reformer ππΌββοΈ
Donβt get me wrong, itβs not pretty π₯΄ thereβs a lot of work to do but Iβve been playing around with this this afternoon and I feel super comfortable in this exercise now which just blows my mind! The teaser is something I have been chasing for genuinely 2/3 years?
And do you know what I did to finally βgetβ itβ¦.
I took a big fat break from pilates practice altogether for the last 3weeks. Overwhelm was overwhelmingggggg π« teaching and online coaching is continuously busy (SO GRATEFUL!), I was poorly, a weekend away, then the kids were poorlyβ¦ something just had to give for a bit, and wow has it done me the world of good!!!
I took all the thinking out of it and just wanted to see what happened in that momentβ¦ and I bloody smashed it! ππΌ
So if youβre chasing something or have a goal, maybe stepping back from it for a while or some rest is what will catapults you forwards! ππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ
I feel pretty proud of myself guys π₯²

Believe me when I tell you that 6 weeks is MORE than enough time to make SUCH a difference to how you can feel in your body, yourclothes, your strength, & your confidence π
