🌟 NEW CLASS COMING TO BUNTINGFORD ‘MOVE IT OR LOSE IT’
Following the success of our classes in Braughing, Dane End and Barkway, we’re excited to bring this popular class to Buntingford!
💪 Improve strength
❤️ Increase Lung capacity
😊 Build confidence
🤝 Exercise in a friendly, supportive environment
Anyone is welcome, carers can come along too.
Accessible hall for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
Ask yourself:
✔️ Do you have arthritis, have you had a hip or knee replacement?
✔️ Are you retired and looking to stay strong enough to keep up with gardening and everyday tasks?
✔️ Do stairs feel more challenging than they used to?
✔️ Can you stand up from a chair without using your arms?
✔️ Can you bend down to tie your shoes?
✔️ Can you confidently lift a heavy saucepan?
✔️ Can you still manage the hoover with ease?
✔️ Can you stand on one leg without holding on?
If some of these activities are difficult, becoming more difficult and challenging then this class could help you.

🌟 NEW CLASS COMING TO BRAUGHING – SENIOR CIRCUITS 🌟
Following the success of our Senior Circuits classes in Furneux Pelham and Barkway, we're excited to bring this popular class to Braughing!
💪 Improve strength
❤️ Boost cardiovascular fitness
😊 Build confidence
🤝 Exercise in a friendly, supportive environment
Many of our participants had never exercised in this way before, but with small class sizes and expert coaching, they have grown stronger, fitter, and more confident while having fun along the way.
Ask yourself:
✔️ Do you have arthritis, or have you had a hip or knee replacement?

If some of these activities are becoming difficult, this class could help you regain strength and confidence.

Come and join us for a fun day in Barkway. Chair based and standing options for all the three activities. Movement to Music, Line Dancing and Chair Yoga. You do not have to take part in all activities, there is a resting lounge. Enjoy an afternoon tea for lunch whilst chatting with friends. 22 months in my Get Mobile journey - fitter than ever at 44. 5 years since diagnosis of Psoriatic arthritis and Ankylosis Spondylitis and I feel so much reward helping others too across 7 classes a week. There’s so many classes and help out there in your own area. Make that positive step for a better active lifestyle.

Calling all locals available Thursdays at 1.30pm come and join us in Barkway for an exercise session suitable for any age any ability.
We work on strength, balance, coordination, aerobic fitness, support each other and have fun. You are guided through it all leaving you feeling more confident, less stiff and looking forward to the next class!
