10 years ago today, JD Aesthetics was born.

Bruising after aesthetic treatments is common and usually a normal part of the healing process.
Your face contains thousands of tiny blood vessels, so occasionally a small vessel may be affected during treatment, resulting in a bruise. This does not mean your treatment was done incorrectly.
💜 Normal bruises often change from purple, blue, green, and yellow as they heal.
⏳ Most bruising settles within 3–14 days.
✔️ To help reduce bruising:
• Avoid alcohol before treatment
• Follow your aftercare advice
• Use a cool compress if recommended
• Avoid intense exercise for 24 hours
Remember: bruises are temporary, but your results can last for months.
