Four Chambers Heart of Grenada would be hosting a health seminar called "Let's talk about the Heart" featuring Dr. Elida Batista. A General Practitioner, Nutritionist, Fitness Trainer, and Cardiologist Specialist. Come hear on many topics concerning heart health and one's general well-being. Also, advice about diet and exercise.

Dietitian/Nutritionist Nasheba Duncan, B.Sc., CTTP will be a guest speaker on nutrition in cardiology.

This seminar would be held on Friday, October 14th from 4PM at the Esplanade Mall Concourse (close to the Cruise Ship Terminal). Admission FREE! Be there!
