I was still able to have a Couple Glasses of Red Wine with Bros. Robbie, Pysadee and Co. that Wednesday Evening.

At 66, There's Lots to be Grateful for, in spite of some Challenges: I Sleep Comfortably; No Major Aches & Pains; I Can Take on Kirani James in the 400m - U no Wah Ah Mean; I Don't Carry Any Baggage of Grievances, Against Anyone; I'm Still Endeavoring to Correct My Flaws; and Aspiring to Contribute to the Transformation of Our Rural Communities - St. Mark & St. John.

I Am Exceedingly Grateful to All Those Who took the Time Off Their Daily Responsibilities to Celebrates with Me, and Extend Their Good Wishes.

With All Its Sham, Drudgery, & Broken Dreams, It Still is A Beautiful World, and I'll Continue To Be Cheerful, & Striving To Be Happy.
