Pre-School at Melrose

We are looking forward to seeing you at Party on the Green on Friday 26th June. There will be hat parades, Pimm's, ice creams and amazing games and crafts from our students. Bring a picnic and a blanket. All our families welcome 🎪

We had some great fun in the garden doing some running races and games. We have such a lovely space to enjoy and to stretch those legs!

What a treat to wear our Pyjamas to school on Tuesday raising funds for the Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation. We also enjoyed some dressing up too! ⭐

We are enormously proud that The Ladies' College has been awarded a rare 'exceeds expectations' following our latest ISI Inspection in March 2026. The report highlights not only our strong academic outcomes, but the calm, supportive environment where our students are known as individuals and develop confidence, self-esteem and a love of learning from the early years through to Sixth Form.

Join our lunchtime team 💚
We are seeking to appoint a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to support the smooth running of lunchtime at Melrose.
The successful candidate will supervise pupils in the refectory and playground helping to ensure their safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour at all times.

We had the most wonderful trip to Lihou last week. So much exploring and discovering all about the birds and animals that live on the causeway. What a brilliant way to explore our beautiful island and learn outdoors 🦋

We made a rocket to zoom to the moon! 🚀
The girls have had a fab time making a rocket out of all our recycled cereal boxes and cardboard. What an amazing creation - they had some much fun putting it all together. What great imaginations girls. ⭐
