When people think of me, what culture ( not tribal), comes to mind? What personal and professional culture have I cultivated? Unfortunately we hardly are intentional about building personal and professional cultures.

Culture is what people do repeatedly. It is not what you announce but what you allow. Over time what you allow becomes normal and what is normal becomes identity and culture.

What are you allowing?
What culture have you nurtured?
Is it a culture of excellence?
