Italian Cuisine Class at Kofas Culinary

Our student chefs took a culinary journey through Italy, mastering the art of preparing a rich and creamy Chicken Risotto from scratch. They also transformed the risotto into crispy, golden Arancini—a classic Italian delicacy with a deliciously cheesy center.

From learning authentic cooking techniques to creating restaurant-quality dishes, our students gained hands-on experience and confidence in Italian cuisine.
