Port Auxiliary Services Ltd offers a 24 hour service, 7 days a week and is consistently striving to improve service to its customers. It has an excellent track record in the fields of bunker surveying, cargo surveying, harbour craft services and most recently, drug and alcohol collections.
Our main services originally consisted of bunker and cargo surveys. Whether for solid or liquid cargo on bunker, our primary focus is to continue to provide the best solutions according to clients' needs, without compromising on the quality or control of our services. We carry out surveys in Gibraltar, Algeciras, Ceuta and Las Palmas. In 2008, we added to our services as service launch providers in the Gibraltar area. We service tankers and can transport cargo and passengers; including the facilitation of crew changes; sending our launches to platforms and all types of vessels throughout the Port of Gibraltar. Our launches are suitable for corporate charter and other commercial uses. The next to be introduced, a year ago, was our Drug and Alcohol collection service to/ from Gibraltar and Algeciras. We work together with Euro Laboratory Services to the Shipping Industry (ELSSI); offering top quality personalized Drug and Alcohol Testing solutions to the shipping community. The company has a workforce of fourteen, including six professionally trained bunker/cargo surveyors, three boat masters, two able seamen/mechanics, one drug and alcohol collector and three office staff.
