🌊🐟 Havskole i Sisimiut – En stor succes! 🐳🦀
Mange tak til alle, der deltog i 3 fantastiske dage med havskole i Sisimiut! 💙
Dag 1: Vi startede fantastisk på Sisimiut Museum 🏛️. Mange børn og forældre kom, og stemningen var fuld af smil. Vi har udstillinger af undervandsfotografering af Dive in Greenland, fiskeriteknologi af DTU Aqua og Qajaq Sisimiut. Vi nød en utrolig tur for at lære om kulturen i Sisimiut og hvordan folk lever med havet af Dorthe Katrine Olsen. Stor tak til alle vores frivillige og til museet for at åbne dørene for os!
Dag 2: Vi besøgte Royal Greenland.gls fabrik for at se, hvordan fisk og skaldyr forarbejdes i Sisimiut 🦐🐟. Derefter tog vi på en bådtur, lærte at spotte fiskeområder, indsamlede fiskeprøver til anatomi og havde det sjovt på havet 🚤! En særlig tak til Royal Greenland og bådoperatører (SIRIUS) for deres støtte.
Dag 3: På KTI (GUX) underviste fiskespecialisterne Martin & Gia fra DTU Aqua i fiskeanatomi 🔬🧬. Børnene fik praktisk erfaring med at åbne fisk og lære fiskenes struktur.

🌊🐟 Ocean School in Sisimiut – A Big Success! 🐳🦀
Thank you very much to everyone who joined us for 3 amazing days of Ocean School in Sisimiut! 💙
Day 1: We kicked off with a fantastic start at Sisimiut Museum 🏛️. Many children and parents came, the atmosphere was full of smiles. We have exhibitions of underwater photography by Dive in Greenland, Fishery technology by DTU Aqua, and qajaq. We enjoyed an incredible tour to learn culture in Sisimiut and how people live with ocean by Dorthe Katrine Olsen. Huge thanks to all our volunteers and to the museum for opening their doors for us!
Day 2: We visited Royal Greenland.gl’s factory to see how fish and seafood are processed in Sisimiut 🦐🐟. Then we went out on a boat trip, learned how to spot fish area, collect fish samples for anatomy, and had lots of fun at sea 🚤! Special thanks to Royal Greenland, and boat operators (SIRIUS) for their support.
Day 3: At KTI (GUX), fish specialists Martin & Gia from DTU Aqua taught fish anatomy 🔬🧬. Kids got hands-on experience opening fish and learning the structure of fishes.

It has been almost a year since I started diving in Greenland 🇬🇱 I was not sure if I can dive in Arctic cold water. But I didn’t want to give up my favourite part of my life, so I dived in -2 degrees water. It turned out there are so beautiful underwear seascapes and plenty of life in Greenland. It was special due to the extreme cold environment. Now I confirmed my passion for diving will not stop, and I can dive everywhere 🌏 I am happy that I live in Greenland for this unique diving experience❤️

I found this clione last year in an ice pool on the fjord during spring. This clione was very big, and I don’t know why it was in the ice pool. Next time, I went to the place again, the ice pool was frozen.
