Action Synergy

[𝗘𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁]
Last weekend, members of the Action team and youth workers travelled to Bonn to participate in the training. During the first day, participants were introduced to the Photovoice methodology—an innovative approach that uses photography as a powerful tool for storytelling, self-expression, and social engagement.

On the second day, we put theory into practice by exploring the city and capturing photographs that reflected stories of migration and cultural inclusion. This hands-on experience demonstrated how images can communicate powerful messages and encourage meaningful dialogue.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to EUth Wonders e.V. for hosting this training and for their outstanding hospitality. Every aspect of the program was thoughtfully organized, creating a productive, inspiring, and welcoming learning environment for all participants.

From the Action team, we would also like to thank Karima, representing VanaBa Afrika, and Mohamed for their active participation and valuable contributions throughout the training.

We are excited to begin the next phase of the project, which will focus on organising local activities and engaging young people in discovering the Photovoice methodology. Through this approach, participants will have the opportunity to share their personal stories, express their perspectives, and make their voices heard through the lens of a camera.

At the beginning of June, Action Synergy welcomed a group from Germany to learn more about Greek history, culture, and society.

These photos capture a historical walking tour through the city, combined with the practice of the Photovoice methodology.

Participants explored key moments in Greek history, including the Civil War and World War I, while also engaging in discussions about contemporary social issues in Greece.

And of course, no visit would be complete without a bit of Syrtaki! 🙂

We were delighted to host this group and are happy that their visit was both enriching and enjoyable. We hope they left with valuable experiences, new perspectives, and wonderful memories of Greece.

🍊 Μαθηματικά μέσα από τη βιωματική μάθηση!

Τον Απρίλιο του 2026, οι μαθητές της Β΄ Γυμνασίου στο Πρότυπο Γυμνάσιο Αναβρύτων συμμετείχαν σε μια δημιουργική δραστηριότητα Μαθηματικών με θέμα την επιφάνεια της σφαίρας, παρουσία φοιτητών του ΕΚΠΑ.

Χρησιμοποιώντας πορτοκάλια ως μοντέλα σφαίρας, οι μαθητές πειραματίστηκαν, συνεργάστηκαν και ανακάλυψαν βιωματικά ότι η επιφάνεια της σφαίρας ισούται με τέσσερις φορές το εμβαδόν του κύκλου της.

Μια δράση που ανέδειξε τη δύναμη της συνεργασίας, της ανακάλυψης και της ενεργού συμμετοχής στη μάθηση!
