🚀 Entrepreneurial Education for VET Teachers and Trainers

From 22 to 24 April 2026, the INVESTech partnership gathered in Piraeus, Greece, for the transnational face-to-face training activity “Entrepreneurial Education for VET Teachers and Trainers”, organised and hosted by IDEC.

Participants from all partner organisations came together for three days of learning, exchange and hands-on work on how to strengthen entrepreneurship education in Vocational Education and Training.

The training explored key topics such as:

✅ promoting entrepreneurship in VET
✅ the EntreComp framework and entrepreneurial skills
✅ building motivation and preparing learners for entrepreneurial thinking
✅ developing people skills through practical methods
✅ tools and activities for entrepreneurial education
✅ mapping organisational needs and designing action plans

Through interactive sessions, discussions and collaborative activities, participants reflected on how VET teachers and trainers can support learners in developing initiative, creativity, problem-solving, collaboration and entrepreneurial mindsets.

The activity was also an excellent opportunity for partners to exchange experiences, strengthen cooperation and align future steps within the INVESTech project.

A big thank you to all participants for their active engagement and valuable contributions!

IDEC S.A. is very pleased to host a 2-day international training activity for all partners of Co.De. Education project in April!

On April 27th and 28th, 2026, we are inviting 👥teachers from , , , , , , and to strengthen our shared pedagogical capacities in the field of co-design learning!

This Training-of-Trainers activity will include co-design methodologies implementations, practical sessions, 💡collaborative planning sessions and further dissemination of the project's results.
