Dead Wrong, a witty and suspenseful murder mystery, was an original Drama Club production written, produced, and performed by our Pinewood students.
From acting and performance training to script development, costume and set design, music, choreography, lighting, sound, programs, and front-of-house organization, students experienced theatre-making as a complete creative process while exploring sensitive themes with responsibility and care.
Most importantly, Dead Wrong celebrated student-voice and showed what can happen when students are trusted to create, lead, and express themselves with purpose!
We are so Pinnewood Proud!

We had the honour of welcoming Dr. Christos Aliprantis, Interim Executive Director of the Michael and Kitty Dukakis Center for Public and Humanitarian Service at the Anatolia American University of Thessaloniki, for a special lecture on the American Revolution for our Grade 9 students World History class. 🏛
🤝🇺🇸This discussion with students was a part of the “Freedom 250: American Leadership Inspires Future Leaders in Greece” initiative, organized by The Tipping Point with the support of the United States Embassy in Greece. The project commemorates the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution by encouraging meaningful dialogue between State Department program alumni and students across Greece on the enduring importance of democratic ideals, civic participation, and responsible leadership.
Thank you Dr. Aliprantis to helping our students reflected critically on the ways historical ideas continue to shape political systems, public discourse, and how they can practice active citizenship in the modern world.

🌎Step into the exciting world of PYP student projects!⚡
Our Grade 5-6 students presented original, thought-provoking projects for the annual PYP Exhibition in the Peter Baiter Gymnasium!
This event was the culmination of what students learned in their science, history, and social studies classes, and each individual project investigated how those lessons relate to real-world scenarios.
🏘⛅ From human rights to energy and climate solutions and urban planning, our students reflected on the past to make sense of a future that is in their hands!
Thank you to all the parents and educators that came out to support our students' research projects 🤓
