The Bissell Library offers online and print periodicals and access to over 20 databases including over 42,000 full-text scholarly journals, magazines and newspapers to support inquiry and research. Convenient “24/7” on site and remote access to the library databases is available to currently enrolled students via a campus remote desktop connection and network profile log on. The two floors of the Bissell Library include reading and study space for 250 users with student group study rooms, and computers accessible to enrolled students, alumni, and current Bissell Library members. The library features a Bibliographic Instruction lab with individual student computers, an interactive whiteboard and projection system and Web access for library orientations, information literacy and ACT courses.The ACT Writing and Learning Center is located on the upper floor of the Library. Niarchos Technology Center is located on the basement level of the Library and includes computer teaching laboratories, a multimedia center and lab, two viewing rooms, a Web and teleconferencing center, and the Systems Administration headquarters.
