Looks like there were some exciting culinary creations happening on this side of the globe too! 🌍🧑🍳
Our Y8-10 had the chance to prepare Singapore style Fried Noodles and French Toast as well as Shanghainese style Fried Noodles and Dim Sum.
It was a complete delight to see them most diligent, eager and engaged.
Now, dear parents, you have your very own personal chef at home! We hope you will be able to savour their delicious creations in the future.

WOW, check out what our SIS students made!
Three different types of cookies- an American style chocolate chip cookie with Nutella, grandma’s style 3-ingredient cookie and a vegan/gluten-free cookie.
A big thanks to Agnes, who runs the bakery at the Complete Deelite studio in Central for this introduction.
Our students were delighted ! They investigated the difference between the three recipes while enjoying the tasty cookies they made! 🍪👏

The Innovation XVI presents.. “Epiphany“
Join us on FRIDAY March 24 for a night of art, fashion, music and entertainment! Showcasing designs by OffGod, Ashley Kan and Stefanie Lau, as well as sponsors from Frey, Stella Blu, KRSV and more!
All proceeds go to Mother’s Choice, a local organisation serving the many children without families and pregnant teenagers in Hong Kong.
