We were delighted to co-organise our 6th Exchange Forum last October with Mind HK, bringing together practitioners, researchers, and students to explore “Navigating Personal Catastrophes Across the Lifespan with ACT: Insights from the Chinese Context.”
Together with our speakers, we engaged in rich and reflective discussions on how ACT supports resilience and psychological flexibility across life challenges, including personal catastrophes and life adjustments in Chinese cultural context.

It was truly inspiring to connect with over 120 participants, both in person and online, who share a passion for advancing ACT and promoting mental well-being across communities. The thoughtful reflections and active exchanges made the evening both meaningful and energising.

✨ As we look ahead to coming Wednesday’s 7th Exchange Forum, we are excited to continue these important conversations—this time focusing on ACT for Children and Adolescents.
📢 Update: Due to recent cancellations, a few in-person places have become available, and online participation via Zoom remains open.⏰ Registration closes tonight at midnight.
We can’t wait to connect with you for another insightful and interactive session!
