VTC Athletic Meet 2015

1. Date: 2015-04-18 (Saturday)

2. Time: 08:00 -18:00

3. Venue: Wan Chai Sports Ground, Hong Kong

4. Eligibility: Full-time students of THEi.

5. Enrolment
5.1 Each Institute is regarded as a Participating Unit (PU). There are altogether 13 PUs.
5.2 Entry forms for individual events are obtainable from the Student Development Office at Tsing Yi and Kowloon Tong campuses.
5.3 Each athlete may enter into a maximum of THREE individual events in which track and field events shall be included.
5.4 Each PU may assign ONE relay team to participate in any relay events.
5.5 Enrolment deadline: 2015-03-11 (Wednesday) 17:00.

6. Competition rules
All events shall be conducted in accordance with the competition rules of the Hong Kong
Amateur Athletic Association as well as the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) (See IAAF Competition Rules 2014-2015) unless otherwise specified by the Organizing Committee.

7. Events
7.1 Men’s: 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m, 5000 m, 110 m Hurdles (1 m), 4 x 100 m Relay, 4 x 400 m Relay, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put (5 kg.) & Javelin (800g).
7.2 Women’s: 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m, 100 m Hurdles (0.762 m), 4 x 100 m Relay, 4 x 400 m Relay, High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put (4 kg.) & Javelin (600g).
