萬字符(sw****ka),象徵佛法如同金剛般堅固,永不毀滅,是吉祥、慈悲、圓滿的體現。漢傳佛教的萬字符常用左旋(卍)。而藏傳佛教的萬字符則常用右旋(順時針旋轉),與修行者轉經輪、繞佛塔的方向一致。
Univesal Yoga某些肩膊伸展體位法,靈感來自萬字符。大家找到相似之處嗎?
