Learning CSR through observation, discussion and teamwork 💡
As part of the Responsible Business Workshop (RBW) 2026, students took part in a Business Case Workshop on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The session began with a campus hunt, where students explored the CUHK campus, interacted with members of the community, and identified social or everyday issues from different perspectives.
Building on their observations, students worked in cross-institutional teams to discuss business ideas and possible solutions that could create positive social impact while remaining practical and sustainable.
Through the activity, students were encouraged to connect CSR concepts with real-life challenges, think critically about the role of business in society, and learn alongside peers from different cultural and academic backgrounds.
A meaningful learning experience that brought responsible business thinking beyond the classroom.

Learning responsible business through case analysis 💡
As part of the Responsible Business Workshop (RBW) 2026, students joined a Business Case Analysis Workshop hosted by Mr. Sonam Wangchuk, Co-founder and Director of Stargazers Consulting.
Through interactive case discussions, students explored how to identify business problems, structure their thinking with issue trees, and connect business decisions with social and environmental impact.
Using real-world cases, including food security, sustainability, and healthcare-related business challenges, participants exchanged ideas in cross-institutional teams and learned how responsible business thinking can be applied in practice.
Our sincere thanks to Mr. Sonam Wangchuk for leading the workshop and facilitating an engaging learning experience for our students.

BESGO is committed to nurturing young people to understand that business can, and should, be a force for social good.
Last month, students from CUHK Business School took part in the “Train for Life’s Journeys 2.0” Bootcamp as student mentors. Co-organised by MTR and SONOVA, the Bootcamp is designed to help young people develop future-ready skills through design thinking, technology application, technology ethics, financial literacy, and empathy.
As a strategic partner of the programme, BESGO was pleased to see our student mentors take part in this meaningful initiative. During the two-day Environmental and Social Innovation Challenge, they supported secondary school participants in exploring environmental and social challenges and developing ideas with social impact, while also deepening their own understanding of mentorship, collaboration, and the practical meaning of social good in action.
We are grateful to our student mentors for their commitment and enthusiasm, and we sincerely thank MTR and SONOVA for leading this meaningful programme and for their dedication to youth development and social innovation.

BESGO believes that education for social good is not only about knowledge and action, but also about cultivating self-awareness, empathy, and the capacity to care for ourselves and others.
We are pleased to share an upcoming immersive theatre performance organised by SouLight Spiritual Education Centre, a social enterprise funded under the S-KPF.
Through experiential and interactive theatre, the programme aims to promote individual spiritual wellness, foster social connectedness, and encourage positive social change, particularly in support of under-represented communities, individuals experiencing loneliness, and young people.
We believe this meaningful initiative resonates with the values of reflection, empathy, and social good, and may be of interest to students who would like to explore how creative experiences can contribute to personal wellbeing and wider community impact.

✨ Immersive Theatre | Give Yourself a Moment of True Rest
During the semester, you may have found yourself in a similar state— Assignments, midterms, and capstones coming one after another Feeling mentally and physically exhausted, yet unable to stop Wanting to relax but not knowing how.
If you feel like you’re moving forward in “low‑battery mode, perhaps it’s time to step away from the fast pace and join an immersive theatre experience designed especially for university students.
Here, you don’t need to speak, prepare, or perform. Just let your senses guide you and allow your mind to settle. During the process, you may notice yourself slowing down for the first time in a while — or maybe nothing particular will happen. But your heart will naturally feel a little lighter.
This is a space where university students can truly take a breath.

只需讓感官帶路,讓思緒安靜下來。
