Physical: Total Soccer Performance is incredibly lucky to be working with a top Strength and Conditioning coach from a leading Barclays Premier League Club, who has helped to construct all the different drills which we do. The physical drills we do are cutting edge and you will see them being performed in all leading Football academies across the world. FUN: Perhaps the most important of all! We want to create an environment where mistakes are actively encouraged and there is no pressure that comes with a group coaching session or a game. For a one hour training session the cost is $800.00 per hour. There is the option to train with two people with the cost being $500.00 per hour per person. For each training session there can only be a maximum of two people per session.
