The Founder, Joey Wan ( 尹祖伊 ), is the professional and passionate leadership and management trainer and consultant for multinational corporations, small and medium enterprises, non-profit organizations, and universities in Hong Kong since 2010. ty SPACE and Hong Kong City University. He was the General Manager (Asia Pacific) of Prince of Peace Group (US based), which specialized in distributing international brands in the USA and Asia Pacific districts including Ferrero Rocher, Almond Roca, Jelly Belly, Loacker, Ricola and Fisherman’s Friends; as well as other health related brands like Tiger Balm, Eu Yan Sang, Po Sum On, Po Chai Pills, and Prince of Peace. His strengths in doing business are Brand Management, Distribution Management, New Product & Market Development, Sales and Marketing Management, and Work Life Balance Management. And he also had the entrepreneurial experience in setting up new businesses in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. He leaded the management team and won the 2005 HKMA Quality Award “Special Award for SMEs”, and was frequently invited to share his solid and challenging experiences at different business occasions. Joey, 尹祖伊, has extensive training experience in areas of Leadership & Motivation, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Manager & Organization, Effective Executive, and Strategic Thinking. As a training consultant, he is keen at defining the customers’ training needs, and designing the dynamic and practical programs to satisfy them with sound results. His training style is very interactive and enables every participant to contribute their expertise in the class, and let them to realize their unique roles as the knowledge workers. Besides, he has extensive consulting and coaching experience in commercial sector as well as social sector, for their strategic planning and innovation projects. He is interested in people management, development, and professional fulfillment, and also provides training (The program “SHAPE”) to the youths and the mid-careers for finding their personal life mission. Last, he is working for many non-profit organizations as the knowledge volunteer, and believe social sector should work closely with commercial sector in order to create a better community, and a better world.
