【奧柏學校端午節活動｜從遊戲中認識中國傳統節日🐉】
端午節將至，奧柏學校於6月16及18日舉行了兩場充滿節日氣氛的端午節活動，讓學生在遊戲與體驗中認識中國傳統文化。
活動設有三個挑戰攤位：
🎨 畫糭子 —— 發揮創意，為糭子添上獨特色彩
🧠 配對遊戲 —— 記憶力大考驗
🧩 拼圖挑戰 —— 考驗觀察力與專注力
每完成一個即可獲得印章，集齊三個印章便代表挑戰成功！過程中，學生不僅動手動腦，更從中學習端午節相關詞彙，了解製作糭子的材料與步驟，加深對端午節傳統的認識。
在奧柏學校，我們相信學習不限於課本。透過節日主題活動，學生在互動與體驗中累積知識，也從中培養專注力、協作與解難能力。

【AP School Dragon Boat Festival Activity | Learning About Chinese Traditional Culture Through Games 🐉】
With the Dragon Boat Festival approaching, AP School held two festive activities on June 16 and 18, allowing students to learn about Chinese traditional culture through games and hands-on experiences.
The event featured three challenge booths:
🎨 Drawing Rice Dumplings – unleashing creativity with unique colours and designs
🧠 Matching Game – a fun test of memory and focus
🧩 Puzzle Challenge – sharpening observation and concentration skills
Students received a stamp for each completed task, and collecting all three stamps meant they had successfully completed the challenge! Through these activities, students not only used their hands and minds, but also learned vocabulary related to the Dragon Boat Festival, as well as the ingredients and steps involved in making rice dumplings — deepening their understanding of this traditional festival.
At AP School, we believe that learning goes beyond textbooks. Through festive-themed activities, students gain knowledge through interaction and experience, while also developing focus, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

【⛺奧柏學校童軍團｜走進香港童軍115周年嘉年華・擴闊學習視野】
今天（4月15日）是全民國家安全教育日，而就在前夕（4月12日），奧柏學校童軍團的師生一同前往維多利亞公園，參與「香港童軍115周年國家安全暨軍樂匯演嘉年華」，實地考察各項展覽、攤位遊戲及活動。
嘉年華設有由紀律部隊及青少年制服團體安排的國家安全知識展覽與互動攤位，師生們從中認識到維護國家安全的不同面向，也體會到作為社會一員的責任與擔當。
其他精彩活動還包括：
🎷 紀律部隊與香港童軍樂隊軍樂匯演
🎯 多元體驗：無人機足球、攻防箭、射擊、繩結工藝、模擬水上活動等
🎨 童軍特色攤位遊戲、先鋒工程展區、露營展示
🎭 舞台表演：小童軍舞獅、街舞、變臉、口琴、敲擊樂等
師生們穿梭於各個主題區域，親身體驗攤位遊戲、觀摩軍樂演出，並了解童軍歷史與技能展示。學生們對互動環節特別投入，從中感受到團隊合作與紀律精神。
在奧柏學校，我們相信學習不止於課室。童軍活動所培養的責任感、解難能力與群體協作，正與我們的教學理念互相呼應。透過是次實地考察，老師將篩選適合學生的活動項目，為未來的童軍訓練及戶外學習作準備。
【⛺AP School Scout | Walking into the Hong Kong Scout 115th Anniversary Carnival – Broadening Learning Horizons】
Today (April 15) is National Security Education Day. On the day before (April 12), teachers and students of the AP School Scout Group visited Victoria Park to take part in the “Hong Kong Scout 115th Anniversary - National Security cm Joint Band Performance & Carnival”, exploring various exhibitions, game booths and activities on-site.
The carnival featured national security knowledge exhibitions and interactive booths organized by disciplinary forces and youth uniformed groups. Through these, teachers and students learned about different aspects of safeguarding national security and gained a sense of responsibility and commitment as members of society.
Other highlights of the event included:
🎷Band performance: performances by disciplinary forces and the Hong Kong Scout Band
🎯 Diverse hands-on experiences: drone soccer, combat archery, shooting, knot-tying crafts, simulated water activities, and more
🎨 Scout-themed game booths, pioneering project zone, camping display
🎭 Stage performances: Cub Scout lion dance, street dance, face-changing, harmonica, percussion, and more
Teachers and students moved through different themed zones, experiencing game booths first-hand, watching band performance, and learning about Scout history and skill demonstrations. The students were particularly engaged in the interactive activities, through which they experienced the spirit of teamwork and discipline.
At AP School, we believe that learning goes beyond the classroom. The sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills and team collaboration cultivated through Scout activities align closely with our teaching philosophy. Through this field trip, teachers will select suitable activities for future Scout training and outdoor learning preparations.
