The General Assembly of the Japan Delegation of the Disciples of Escoffier was a memorable occasion filled with meaningful exchanges, friendship, and a shared passion for gastronomy.
A refined Japanese lunch showcased the beauty of Nippon hospitality and culinary artistry, followed by an important meeting with President Sato and Past Presidents Zenyoji and Fukuda to strengthen the ties between the Japanese Delegation and the International Association of the Disciples of Escoffier.
Together, they discussed future collaborations and the continued transmission of Escoffier’s timeless values: excellence, knowledge, tradition, and the spirit of sharing.
From Tokyo to the world, the Disciples of Escoffier continue to build bridges between cultures through the universal language of gastronomy!

From delicate seafood prepared with precision, fresh seasonal vegetables that highlighted the beauty of simplicity, to a comforting dessert that provided the perfect ending, every plate was thoughtfully designed to create a harmonious dining journey.
