The 2025-2026 Talent Show, hosted by Lotus, the 31st Student Council of St. Joan of Arc Secondary School, has come to a successful close! A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the teachers and students who attended and cheered our performers on—your incredible energy filled the venue. We would also like to applaud our talented performers. From dynamic dances and elegant piano solos to high-energy band performances and touching singing, your spectacular showcases illuminated the stage and created unforgettable memories for our school community. 本校學生於五月五日前往參觀投委會理財教育體驗館，透過嶄新沉浸式學習體驗，了解不同的投資工具及其風險，提升他們的投資理財知識。

On May 5th, our students visited the Investment Committee‘s Financial Education Experience Center. Through a brand-new immersive learning experience, they learned about different investment tools and their risks, enhancing their investment and financial management knowledge.

4月30日，我校學生參觀了投資者與金融教育委員會的FinEd中心，透過一系列互動遊戲了解不同的投資工具及其風險。這有助於提升他們的金融知識水平。

On 30 April, our students visited the Investor and Financial Education Council FinEd Hub to learn about different investment tools and their risks through a host of interactive games. It helps to level up their financial knowledge.

配合本校「兩文三語文化週」活動，中二師生特意移師高山劇場，欣賞由八和會館呈獻的經典粵劇折子戲《擋馬》。學生置身於專業的戲曲殿堂，近距離觀摩演員「唱做念打」的藝術張力。在跨語言文化的藝術氛圍中，同學們不僅親身體驗了嶺南藝術的獨特魅力，更在欣賞國粹的同時，深層感受戲曲語言的韻律之美與中華文化的傳承精神。

In celebration of our school’s ”Biliteracy and Trilingualism Week,“ teachers and F.2 students visited the Ko Shan Theatre to enjoy the classic Cantonese Opera excerpt
”Stopping the Horse,“ presented by The Chinese Artists Association of Hong Kong. Immersed in a professional theatrical setting, students observed the dynamic artistry
of the performers up close, witnessing the traditional four skills of ”singing, acting, reciting, and acrobatics.“ Within this cross-cultural atmosphere, students not only experienced the unique charm of Lingnan arts firsthand but also—while appreciating this national heritage—gained a profound understanding of the rhythmic beauty of operatic language and the enduring spirit of Chinese culture.

本校師生為支持香港教區成立80週年，並為福傳作貢獻，於四月十一日出席了 「敢• 傳承青年慶典Youth On Stage」的活動，讓青年成為主角，將活力與熱血注入教會傳承中。

In support of the 80th anniversary of the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong and to contribute to the work of evangelisation, our school’s teachers and students attended the ”Dare to Pass it On - Youth On Stage“ event on 11th April. The celebration placed young people at the heart of the occasion, allowing them to infuse the Church‘s legacy of faith with their vitality and passion.

本校「CCA領袖訓練計劃活動——一級運動攀登課程」已於18/04/2026 (六)及25/04/2026 (六) 順利圓滿結束。首天活動的理論課於本校進行，為學生打下堅實的安全與攀岩知識基礎；第二天師生則前往天暉路體育館進行攀登實習及考試。參與同學在兩天活動中展現出無比的毅力與勇氣，最終順利完成所有訓練並通過考核，成功取得一級運動攀登課程證書。是次活動不僅讓同學掌握了專業的攀登技巧，更有效提升了他們的自信心與領袖才能，實踐了學校促進學生全人發展的目標。

The ”CCA Leadership Training Activity - Rock Climbing Level 1 Course“ was successfully concluded on 18/04/2026(Sat) and 25/04/2026(Sat). Students first attended a comprehensive theory class at the school to build a solid foundation in climbing safety and knowledge. On the 2nd day, they traveled to the Tin Fai Road Sports Centre for practical rock climbing training and examinations. The students demonstrated remarkable perseverance and courage, ultimately passing the assessments and successfully receiving their Level 1 Rock Climbing course certificates. This activity not only equipped the students with professional climbing skills but also significantly boosted their self-confidence and leadership abilities, fulfilling the school‘s commitment to the whole-person development of its students.
