Beginner Lv1 (4-5yrs)

The objective of Lv1 is to help kids feel confident and comfortable in the water. Kids will learn elementary water skills which helps them to develop strokes as they progress through to next level

Be confident and have fun in the water
Enter and Exit water independently
Enjoy pool environment with coaches
Fully submerge face / head for 3-5sec
Floating on front and back unsupported
Supported Kicking on front and back
Basic arm movement
