Memory needs more than silence. It needs people willing to listen, create and speak with care.
In the beginning of June, Kvart presented Night at Keraterm in Prijedor, a multidisciplinary performance combining theatre and visual storytelling.
The work opened space for reflection through artistic language, bringing together performance and image to approach difficult histories with attention and responsibility.
As part of our work on inclusive memorialisation, we support projects that help communities engage with memory in ways that are thoughtful, human and open to dialogue.
Thank you to the artists, partners and audience who made this event possible.

Media Literacy in the Age of AI > Team Ireland
Take a look at Team Ireland’s creative contribution to the programme 👇
This project reflects how young participants are using storytelling and digital media to engage with media literacy in the age of AI. Through a satirical “dating show” format, the team explores how AI is shaping human relationships and digital trust, raising questions about authenticity, connection and the role of technology in our lives.
Blending humour with critical reflection, the video highlights:
• the growing influence of AI in everyday decision-making
• the importance of questioning digital content and narratives
• the role of creativity in understanding complex technological change

Sometimes a city only becomes meaningful when you see your own story reflected in it.
For Marta Szymańska, a collaboration between Poland and the UK opened up exactly that: a shared exhibition on migration shaped by real people’s experiences.
Two cities. Shared histories. New conversations. 📸
