The DNS Strength Training track is starting to gain attention within the StrongFirst community around the world — and we are excited to see it happening.

StrongFirst Senior Instructor Andżelika Stefańska-Kowalik shares why DNS has become an important part of her approach to strength training and why she considers this course a valuable tool for coaches, athletes, and professionals working with movement and performance.

By combining DNS principles with traditional lifts such as the deadlift and barbell squat, the DNS Strength Training track helps improve understanding of biomechanics, stability, proper bracing, and efficient movement in strength training.

It is inspiring to watch the DNS Strength Training track continue to grow internationally and become part of the education of coaches, medical professionals, and athletes across the world.
