This two-day course focused on applying developmental kinesiology principles to sports performance and human movement. Participants worked with advanced exercises in higher developmental positions, body awareness training, and the integration of DNS principles into sport-specific techniques and strength exercises.

🇩🇪 DNS Strength Training Course – Part II has been successfully completed in Munich, Germany!
This three-day course built on the foundations of Part I and focused on a deeper application of DNS principles in strength training. Participants explored functional joint centration, trunk stabilization, diaphragm function, and the role of foot loading, while expanding into unilateral and asymmetrical movements beyond the sagittal plane.
The program combined theory with hands-on practice, including advanced DNS exercises in higher developmental positions and their integration into strength training programming.

🇮🇹 DNS Pediatric Course – Part 1 has been successfully completed in Rome, Italy!
This four-day course focused on developmental kinesiology in pediatric practice, with an emphasis on motor development during the first year of life. Participants explored primitive reflexes, postural function, and assessment of movement quality in infants and young children.
The program combined theory with hands-on practice, including baby assessment, handling techniques, and DNS-based exercises supporting proper motor development.

DNS Clinical – Intermediate Course “C” has been successfully completed in New York, USA!
This three-day course introduced advanced DNS assessment and treatment approaches, focusing on the integrated stabilizing system, locomotor patterns, and respiratory function. DNS Pediatric Course Part 2 builds directly on Pediatric Part 1 and takes your clinical reasoning, assessment skills, and treatment approach to the next level.
What we’ll cover:
✔️ Review of developmental kinesiology & red flags in development
✔️ Distinguishing physiological vs. pathological development (case-based discussion)
✔️ Development of children aged 2–6 years
✔️ Baby handling II (7m+) – focus on head & neck, hip, and shoulder
✔️ Postural analysis & testing of the integrated spinal stabilization system
✔️ Assessment tools in pediatric practice (MABC, PDMS, TUG, 6MWT, etc.)
✔️ DNS approach in children with:
– DCD & dyspraxia
– Lower extremity issues (in-toeing, toe walking, flat feet, genu valgum/varum…)
– Poor posture & scoliosis
✔️ Patient & parent education
