I had the honor of representing the Education Institute at the conference to hand out two scholarships to Audrey and . I also had the pleasure of meeting Jordynn, Max and Omar who were also earning a scholarship.

When I’m in rooms with young people like this, it’s gives me hope! I hope you all continue to and achieve all your goals at , , and .

Many of you know the story of me starts with my dad, Don French.

My path, my company - French’s Leadership Solutions, my keynotes, my work ethic and the core of who I am; it started with my dad. I’m not this me, without him.

I appreciate how many of you have followed up to check on him or to tell him, “hi” over the past months since my Florida Apartment Association Inspire keynote. I wanted to let you all know that he is at peace. And I told him he was famous in Florida! 🥰

He got his way and taught me one final lesson; do life on your terms. I will, in his honor. ❤️ RIP Daddy.

I don’t believe in work-life balance. The scale is NEVER perfectly balanced. That doesn’t mean I don’t believe we shouldn’t take time for ourselves or our family. If we are honest, some days we have to do both. Today, I’m doing both. Working from the hospital so I can be near my dad. So grateful for the ability!
