Speech & Drama Classes - Ashford, Wicklow. [email protected] Speech & Drama Classes for all ages.
Drama is thinking out loud: it helps with communication as the child defines, articulates, expresses and verbalises ideas through improvised actvities. Drama can be a major force in boosting a child's self-confidence and increases their desire to be an active part of the learning community.

Wonderful congratulations to all of my students for recently taking the Irish Board of Speech and Drama Grade Exams (some of them for the first time) - all students were awarded First Class Honours and some Distinctions - I am so proud of all of them. Many thanks also to the examiners from the Irish Board of Speech and Drama for ensuring the experience for each student was a really enjoyable one.

What’s it about?
An incessantly ringing cell phone in a quiet café.
A stranger at the next table who has had enough.
And a dead man - with a lot of loose ends!.........
So begins Dead Man’s Cell Phone, a wildly imaginative
new comedy by playwright Sarah Ruhl, recipient of a MacArthur ‘Genius’
Grant and Pulitzer Prize finalist. This play is a moving and funny exploration of how, in the midst of our fragile lives, technology can both unite and isolate us, especially in our quest for true love......................
What they say about it
‘Satire is her oxygen. . . . In her new oddball comedy, Dead Man’s Cell Phone,
Sarah Ruhl is forever vital in her lyrical and biting take on how we behave.’—
The Washington Post
Ruhl’s zany probe of the razor-thin line between life and death delivers a fresh and humorous look at the times we live in.’—Variety
