🎓Graduation Day at Little Stars SBB! ✨

Once a Little Star, always a Little Star. ⭐

Today, our Little Stars took a big step toward their next adventure. 🌟

It feels like just yesterday they walked through our doors with tiny backpacks, curious eyes, and endless dreams. Today, we watched them proudly celebrate their preschool graduation, ready to spread their wings and shine even brighter.

We are so proud of each and every child—their growth, laughter, friendships, courage, and all the wonderful memories we have created together. ❤️

As they begin a new chapter, we hope they always remember that they are capable of amazing things. The world is waiting for their unique light, kindness, and imagination.

To our graduates: keep dreaming, keep exploring, and never stop believing in yourselves. This is only the beginning of your beautiful journey. 🌈✨

Thank you to our families for trusting us to be part of these precious early years. Watching these children grow has been one of our greatest joys.

In Preschool 3, learning came alive through play and exploration! The children enjoyed sensory experiences using natural materials, carefully exploring textures, shapes, and discoveries. In role play with dolls, they showed wonderful care, communication, and imagination, while construction activities brought out amazing little engineers at work. We also began recognising euros through fun, hands-on activities that made real-life learning meaningful and exciting and exploring letters and numbers through out play.

In Preschool 2, our little explorers turned into chefs, builders, and artists ! We explored natural materials in kitchen play, creating a “vintage café” full of imagination and muddy-masterpiece meals. Inspired by the book Follow the Tractor, children zoomed into story adventures, becoming busy builders along the way. We also enjoyed free painting, sensory fun, and playful learning with letters and numbers.

These experiences reflect Bruner’s theory of discovery learning, where children learn best by exploring, experimenting, and making meaning through active engagement.

In Preschool 1, we practised writing our first names using paint, while our little hands worked hard cutting leaves like tiny gardeners! We explored loose parts, mark making, and exciting invitations to play where creativity was always in charge.

The environment was like a magical learning playground, filled with inviting materials that whispered, “Come explore me!” and encouraged every child to create, discover, and learn with joy.

Our little learners had a wonderful time exploring, creating, and playing together! From messy play, sensory activities, science experiments, and water play to building, making music, singing, dancing, and imaginative role play, the children learned through hands-on experiences and social interaction. These joyful moments encouraged curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork, reflecting the ideas of Piaget and Vygotsky. Most importantly, there were plenty of smiles, laughter, and happy learning moments shared throughout the week! 😊🌟

We’ve had such an amazing time filled with learning, creativity, and lots of fun! Our little learners have been exploring, discovering, and growing every day through a variety of hands-on activities.

From building impressive structures with blocks 🧱, creative arts and crafts 🎨, painting and drawing ✏️, sensory play 👐, to role play and teamwork games 🤝 – every moment was full of excitement and curiosity. We also enjoyed outdoor activities that helped us stay active and develop our physical skills 🌿⚽

Each activity brought new opportunities to learn and grow!

We were delighted to welcome back some of our past children, who are now enjoying their adventure in big school. They spoke so confidently and happily about their teachers, classrooms, making friends, and learning lots of exciting new things.
The children listened carefully and were excited to ask questions about what school is like. It was a lovely opportunity to help prepare our preschoolers for their own next big step, reminding them that while starting school can feel new and different, it is also a wonderful adventure full of fun, learning, and new friendships.
Our visitors did a fantastic job reassuring the children and helping them feel excited and confident about moving on to big school soon.

The children became excited little travellers as the classroom transformed into a fun airport and airplane adventure. They packed suitcases, checked in for their flights, and boarded the pretend airplane as pilots, cabin crew, and passengers. The children also enjoyed reading a book about transportation and played a fun “Guess the Vehicle” game, using clues and sounds to identify different types of transport.
