An afternoon of cleaning swords....very relaxing...break down of handle, parts, and inspection for any defects...all safe and ready to train.....

Kids spring seminar done great day at Japanese Martial Arts Center here in bagenalstown carlow teaching karate, jiujutsu and Kenjitsu.....then we talked about health and treatment with in Chinese medicine..the got to see acupuncture and cupping been done on injuries, great bunch of kids...for further information on above , or check us out on our page....
